Tante Aki’s Kartoffel salat
Potatoes (about 12 cooked, cooled, peeled, cut)
Onion, chopped
Eggs (8) hard boiled, cut into small pieces
Green onions (optional)
Combine and add to above:
Balsamic Vinegar (abt. ½ T.)
Oil (abt. ¼ c.)
Sugar (abt. ½ c.)
Miracle whip (to taste) start with like 3 big spoonfulls
Pepper
Salt
Dill
